Zhotovenie a posvätenie adventného venca
V rámci projektu Comenius - Return to roots si žiaci II. stupňa pripomenuli predvianočné tradície. Zhotovili obrovský adventný veniec a umiestnili ho do átria školy. Štyri sviece predstavovali nielen štyri adventné nedele, ale aj štyri spriatelené školy. 1. decembra 2012, počas tradičnej akcie školy Dom radosti ho za prítomnosti žiakov, rodičov a hostí posvätil p. kaplán. Fotografiu účastníkov 1. mobility v ČR pri adventnom venci zaslali na zhotovenom vianočnom
pozdrave do všetkých škôl.
Making of and sanctification of advent wreath – December 2013
One part of the Comenius Project Return to Roots, was to remember Christmas traditions which our students did. They made and decorated a huge advent wreath and placed it in the school atrium. Four candles not only represented four advent Sundays but also four befriended schools. On 1st December 2012 during a traditional school event the chaplain sanctificated the wreath in the presence of students, parents and all guests. A photograph of students surrounding the final product of their work, the advent wreath, was sent as a Christmas card to all schools.
